Characteristics
- This achieves required pressure and flux with only one rapidly-rotating
impeller, and therefore has higher efficiency than roots blowers using rotors,
and is pretty compact.
- Wind control range under constant rotation speed and discharging pressure
is wide.
- Since the vibrator power consumption may be reduced by the wind adjustment,
operation cost is saved.
- There is no noisy vibration.
- Labyrinth seal and Mechanical seal are combined, preventing no oil in the
air.
- It is connected to the motor in series, and the structure is simple. It
has low failure rates, maintenance is simple and the life expectancy is pretty
long.
Uses
- Sewage and aeration in water at wastewater treatment plant
- Power plant desulphurization facility (Oxidation air blower)
- Petrochemical facility (Refining and natural gas desulphurization facility)
- Air feeding system (Pneumatic conveying)
- Fermentation and biochemical facility
- Other industry
Model Selection

Impeller & Diffuser
- Backward swept impeller and vane-less diffuser selection
- Extension of stable operation ranges where surges don't occur
-> Turn down range: 100% - 40%]
- Computer design -> optimal compression efficiency achievement
- Design with low operation stress for mechanical stability
- High efficiency at design point
- High efficiency at partial loads
- Wide operation range
Bearings
- Impeller and pinion assembly are supported by each two flexure pivot tilt
pad and flat-land thrust bearing.
- Thrust force, delivered to pinion, is canceled with flat-land thrust bearing.
- Radial force is supported by flexure pivot tilt pad bearing.
- Characteristics of flexure pivot tilt pad bearing
Inlet Guide Vane (IGV) - Optional
- Variable wings inlet guide vane is optional
- IGV automatically reacts to air status changes or system air consumption
amount.
- IGV saves energies when blowers are operated under the full loads or when
the air temperatures are below the designed values.
- The rotation of the variable wings is designed in the same way as the rotation
of the impeller, and minimizes resistance by the air flow, saving energy.

Sealing System
- Air leakage minimized
- 100% oil free air
- Labyrinth type air seal & mechanical type oil seal used
Gearl System
- Composed of bull gear and pinion gear
- Optimal design, considering impeller's aggressive characteristics
- Grinding after precision heat vulcanization process
- Heat-insulation helical gear
- Bull gear AGMA Q-12
- Pinion gear AGMA Q-13
